Apply Foreign Worker

This is to notify and inform the general public that the SHORT-TERM WORK PERMIT (E-Work Permit) is now being initiated by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment. The employers wishing to import foreign workers even for the duration less than 30 days should now compulsorily apply online through BLMIS with immediate effect. Besides the normal required documents, the individual/FWRA/employers should submit the medical clearance certificate of the foreigners obtained from the country of origin.This notification is referred to the approval of the night halt work permits only and for other categories and updates, MoICE will keep notifying in future.

Vacancy announcement for Trainer (Short term)

The Regional Office, Ministry of Labour and Human Resources Gelephu is pleased to announce the vacancy for the post of trainer for the following trades for a period ranging from 1-3 months. A professional fee of Nu. 18000/month will be provided.

  1. Academic Certificate and Transcripts/Training certificate
  2. Copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card 
  3. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
  4. Valid Security Clearance certificate 
  5. No objection Certificate from agency (if employed in other organization). 

Last date for submission of documents is 18th November 2022. 

*Applicants with relevant work experiences shall be given preference.
