This is to notify and inform the general public that the SHORT-TERM WORK PERMIT (E-Work Permit) is now being initiated by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment. The employers wishing to import foreign workers even for the duration less than 30 days should now compulsorily apply online through BLMIS with immediate effect. Besides the normal required documents, the individual/FWRA/employers should submit the medical clearance certificate of the foreigners obtained from the country of origin.This notification is referred to the approval of the night halt work permits only and for other categories and updates, MoICE will keep notifying in future.

Assessment result for NC3 Lhadri, Trezo, Jimzo & Lhadri NC3 re-assessment at NIZ Thimphu & CoZ, Trashiyantse

The Department of Occupational Standards is pleased to announce the results of assessment conducted for NC3 Lhadri, NC3 Trezo, NC3 Jimzo & Lhadri NC3 re-assessment at National Institute of Zorigchusum, Thimphu & College of Zorigchusum, Trashiyantse from June 20-27, 2022.

All the trainees are requested to note that appeals on assessment result if any, should be forwarded to this department within 2 working days from today (i.e., on Friday, July 1st, 2022) with sufficient evidences latest by 5: 00pm.Please note that documents with regard to the assessment will not be retained beyond 10 days from today by DOS.

 

The Department also request trainees to check NAME SPELLINGS and CID Number. If there are imprecision’s, please submit CID COPY through email at: dtenzin@molhr.gov.bt or contact at 17609318 on or before July 15, 2022. If the Department doesn’t receive any rectification applications, details provided will be treated as correct and proceed to print certificates. The trainees may contact the Institute for certificates.
