This is to notify and inform the general public that the SHORT-TERM WORK PERMIT (E-Work Permit) is now being initiated by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment. The employers wishing to import foreign workers even for the duration less than 30 days should now compulsorily apply online through BLMIS with immediate effect. Besides the normal required documents, the individual/FWRA/employers should submit the medical clearance certificate of the foreigners obtained from the country of origin.This notification is referred to the approval of the night halt work permits only and for other categories and updates, MoICE will keep notifying in future.

Poultry Production: 

This short course is designed to provide trainees with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to become competent in Poultry Production. This short course will also prepare the trainees to exhibit professionalism, teamwork, adaptability and safety practices as per the requirement of workplace.

Dairy production:

This short course is designed to provide knowledge, skills and attitudes required to become competent in dairy product making and the fundamental principles underlying the making of the products related to diary. The course shall provide trainees with the competencies with the basic principles of milk and the practices required to make dairy products and their quality aspects including techniques and skills of quality assurance, processing and preservation of milk and milk products. This short course will also prepare the trainees to exhibit professionalism, teamwork, adaptability and safety practices as per the requirement of workplace
