In the interest of transparency and in response to public interest concerning this matter, the Ministry is sharing the letter issued today,
2 October 2026, to the Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).
Following the conclusion of the judicial proceedings, the Ministry has communicated the Government’s decision to BCCI, as conveyed in the letter below.
The Government attaches importance to due process, institutional integrity, accountability and maintaining public confidence in institutions with which it engages.
