This is to inform the general public and all interested parties that the Department of Media, Creative Industry & Intellectual Property (DoMCIIP), MoICE has received an application for the voluntary deposit and registration of their copyright and related rights from the following author/owner:

2. Name of Owner(s): Kinzang Chojay
3. Title of the Work: Thangka (Art, Devotion, Tradition)
4. Category of the Work: Literary Works (Brochures)
5. Description of the Work: The book title Thangka – (art devotion and tradition) are printed as catalogue which indeed helps in referring the art during the period of solo exhibition by thangka master Kinzang Chojay. As the exhibition ended the book will be publish as future reference to all art enthusiastic.

Through this notification, the DoMCIIP would like to invite opposition/objection to the application for registration of the above work. The opposition/objection should be filed with the Department within 15 working days from this notification’s publication date.

If no oppositions/objections are filed within the stipulated time, the application will be accepted for registration and, accordingly, issued a certificate of registration thereafter.
