The Department of Media, Creative Industry and Intellectual Property, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment, is currently undertaking the important task of modernizing Bhutan’s Intellectual Property legal framework through amendments to the Industrial Property Act of the Kingdom of Bhutan 2001. These reforms are critical to aligning our national legislation with international best practices and enabling accession to key WIPO-administered treaties.
As a vital stakeholder, your insights and propositions are instrumental in this process. We would like to kindly invite your contributions and recommendations on potential amendments to the Act.
