The Department is pleased to inform that the STCBL Nobding Fuel Retail Outlet (FRO) has fully resumed normal operations for both Motor Spirit (MS/Petrol) and High-Speed Diesel (HSD), effective Friday, September 19, 2025.

Please note that a section of the facility remains temporarily cordoned off due to ongoing geotechnical assessments and a minor structural shift. For your safety, the public is strongly advised to strictly observe all posted safety signage and respect the designated restricted areas.
