Offered dhar to Mrs. Tshering Choden on her promotion to Chief Program Officer, BICMA

Today on the auspicious day of 27th August 2025, the Ministry appointed Mrs. Tshering Choden as the Chief of InfoCom & Infrastructure Division, BICMA. She was selected to the position of Chief of Division through an open competition.
