The Department of Trade, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment in coordination with Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) organized a half day Private Sector Consultation Meeting on 28 May 2025 at the BCCI Conference Hall. The consultation was held as part of the ongoing review of the Trade and Industry Rules-2023.

A total of 35 participants, representing a wide range of private sectors attended the meeting. The consultation served as a platform for the private stakeholders to share their views, concerns and recommendations to help shape a more enabling regulatory framework that could support growth of business and promote ease of doing business in the Country.
