The Department of Employment and Entrepreneurship (DoEE), Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment, is pleased to announce an opportunity for aspiring trainers to participate in a 15-day Training of Trainers (ToT) on Entrepreneurship Development – New Business Creation (NBC).
This ToT program is part of our efforts to strengthen entrepreneurial capacity in Bhutan by building a pool of certified freelance trainers who can deliver structured entrepreneurship development training across the country.
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for 10 motivated individuals with:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (B.BA), preferably with a specialization in Entrepreneurship
- A strong interest in delivering entrepreneurship training and supporting new business creation
- A willingness to work as freelance trainers following certification
Upon successful completion, participants will be empanelled as certified trainers under the NBC program and may be engaged by the Ministry or its implementing partners to deliver training programs.
