The Department of Employment and Entrepreneurship is delighted to announce that the Youth Engagement and Livelihood Program (YELP) will be resumed soon. YELP is one of the key support programs of the Ministry to enhance the employability of jobseekers in transition from schools and institutions. Potential employers are requested to register as ‘EMPLOYER’ and the interested individuals as ‘JOBSEEKER’ in the Bhutan Labour Market System (BLMIS), if not already registered.
