The Department has been receiving new applications for establishing Foreign Workers’ Recruitment Agencies in Gelephu, Samtse, and Phuentsholing. In this regard, the Department wishes to inform everyone that the issuance of Certificates of Registration for new FWRA is temporarily on hold until the amendment of Regulation on Foreign Workers Management (FWMR) 2022, is finalized and endorsed by the Ministry.
