BICMA has conducted the costing model exercise to benchmark the tariff for mobile services based on parameters such as mobile traffic trend, investment required, provision for network expansions, and other factors. The telcos were instructed to submit the proposal on tariff revision aligning with the findings of cost model for mobiles services.
Accordingly, TICL has implemented the 10% and 15% reduction in their voice and SMS tariff respectively for On-Net (Tashicell to Tashicell), Off-Net (Tashicell to B-Mobile) and Tashicell to B-mobile Fixed line for peak, off-peak and standards hours plan starting from 1st October, 2023.
