With reference to letter no/ACC/DOPE-ADMD/21/00052 dated 24th February 2023 of Hon’ble Chairperson of the ACC, the Human Resource Division would like to remind all the employees of Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment to declare your Assests, Liabilities and Income for the year 2022.
The declaration period is from 1st March 2023 to 30th April 2023. All covered persons, prescribed under Annexure I and II of the AD Rules 2022, are required to file the declarations within this prescribed period.
The declaration must be filed online in the Asset Declaration System: (login to www.acc.org.bet and asset declaration).
Since it is difficult to sensitize all covered persons in departments/divisions/regional offices, we would like to request all covered persons to refer AD Rule 2022 before declaring in the system.

Please note that failure to file declaration within the prescribed period (1st March to 30th April 2023 ) and/or providing incomplete information shall invite penalty as per Sections 38 (4) & (5) of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan 2011 and Sections 53, 54 and 55 of the AD Rules 2022.
