Women’s economic empowerment would not only result in enhancing the living standards and health of the family but also plays a role in reducing gender based violence and bringing about a balance in the gender roles and decision making within the household and in the community.
The Wing Commander stressed on the importance of the skills training and the entrepreneurship course and how helpful it would be for the army spouses. He expressed his appreciation to Project HOPE and the Ministry and assured his full support to the trainees in accelerating their skills and entrepreneurial ventures.
