As a part of the Skills Development Program (SDP), Technical Training Institute-Thimphu, the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources is pleased to announce the availability of training as detailed below for the month of October, 2022:

The above courses are designed to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual to be competent as:
- Panel Beating in accordance with industry standards and can perform services such as basic welding, repairing plastic bumpers and repairing automobile bodies for the duration of 6 months.
- Automobile Painting in accordance with industry standards and can perform services such as preparing surfaces for painting and carrying out painting in 6 months.
- Refrigeration and air conditioning technician in accordance with industry standards and can perform services such as applying fundamentals of RAC, carrying out servicing of domestic refrigerator, installation & servicing of domestic air conditioner/heat pump and servicing of Mobile Air Conditioning (MAC) in 6 months.
After the completion of the course, all individuals are required to attend the Basic Entrepreneurship Course which will be conducted for 2 weeks.
The selection shall be on FIRST-COME-FIRST–SERVED. The selected candidates shall be notified within 3 working days from the last date of application. A logistic will not be provided. A stipend of Nu. 3500 per month will be provided for the entire duration of the course.
