As per the requirement of Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System, Training and Development Division (TDD), Department of National HR Development (DNHRD) conducted pre-proposal conference with private training institutes on Critical Capability Development (CCD) training on 11 packages. Although invitation for proposal and pre-proposal meeting was advertised on 8 August 2022, there were only two training institutes present during the conference.
The members from the training institutes were presented on the Terms of Reference (ToR) by Rattu, Offtg. Chief Program Officer. During the course of the presentation on the ToR, the Institutes were briefed thoroughly on every clauses and requirements of the ToR. The members were also briefed on Fin 3 and 4 are one part. The evaluation of the proposals will be done based on 80% technical aspect and 20% financial aspect. During submission of proposal and training, there should be 3 key personnel. Assistant trainer can be assigned the role of program coordinator, but lead trainer cannot be program coordinator. If in case one person is assigned as an assistant trainer and also the program coordinator of the training, different CVs must be submitted. The proposal must be submitted before 7 September 2022 before 11:00 AM.
