This is to notify all the existing Foreign Workers Recruitment Agents located in Phuentsholing, Samtse, Gelephu, and Samdrup Jongkhar wishing to operate as a recruitment agent to kindly submit your proposal in accordance with Section 53 of the Regulation on Foreign Workers Management 2022.
The registered FWRAs shall be issued with the Certificate of Registration after signing a Letter of undertaking and shall be governed by the Regulation on Foreign Workers Management 2022.
Therefore, all the FWRAs are advised to submit your application in the prescribed format articulated in the regulation latest by August 12, 2022. The proposal/applicatior is accepted only in soft copy and for this, you can email @ klhamo@molhr.gov.bt.
