The program also aims to provide an advance training in various aspects of agri-business as an expert pool to provide technical support to aspiring youths under the Skills Development Program in the Agriculture Sector.
The objectives of the collaboration are:
- Skill, up-skill and reskill the youths and job seekers on agri-business opportunities and potentials;
- Attract more youths into agriculture sector;
- Create employment and business opportunities;
- Provide a platform to explore support systems and opportunities; and
- To build national capacity to generate and manage high-end agricultural farming methods
With this collaboration, both the ministry expects to improve the farming technology and greater contribution in agriculture sector by the youths.
