This is to notify and inform the general public that the SHORT-TERM WORK PERMIT (E-Work Permit) is now being initiated by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment. The employers wishing to import foreign workers even for the duration less than 30 days should now compulsorily apply online through BLMIS with immediate effect. Besides the normal required documents, the individual/FWRA/employers should submit the medical clearance certificate of the foreigners obtained from the country of origin.This notification is referred to the approval of the night halt work permits only and for other categories and updates, MoICE will keep notifying in future.

National Assessment result for Professional Driver NC2 (Tacho Balaha Driving Training Institute)

The Department of Occupational Standards is pleased to announce the results of the National Assessment conducted for the Professional Driver NC2 on 11th – 12th June, 2022 at Tacho Balaha Driving Training Institute, Nanglam.

The trainees / institutes are requested to note that any appeal on the National Assessment result, if any, should be forwarded to this Department on or before 18th June, 2022.

The Department also requests trainees to check NAME SPELLINGSCID Number & Vehicle Type. If there are inaccuracies, please submit the CID COPY through email at: tshewang@molhr.gov.bton or before 18th June, 2022. If the Department does not receive any rectification applications, details provided will be treated as correct and proceed to print certificates. The trainees may contact the institute for the certificates.
