As part of the Critical Capability Development (CCD) program implemented by the Training and Development Division (TDD), Department of National HR Development (DNHRD), 20 tailors from Chhukha dzongkhag completed one-month training in Western Garment Tailoring.

Participants were taught designing and tailoring on four and six pockets uniform. The same training was conducted in Trashigang and S/Jongkhar, and will be conducted in Sarpang and Wangdiphodrang.
