Apply Foreign Worker

This is to notify and inform the general public that the SHORT-TERM WORK PERMIT (E-Work Permit) is now being initiated by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment. The employers wishing to import foreign workers even for the duration less than 30 days should now compulsorily apply online through BLMIS with immediate effect. Besides the normal required documents, the individual/FWRA/employers should submit the medical clearance certificate of the foreigners obtained from the country of origin.This notification is referred to the approval of the night halt work permits only and for other categories and updates, MoICE will keep notifying in future.

AeU-ACD Scholarship Awards (Partial Funding)

The Training and Development Division, the Department of National HR Development (DNHRD), Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) is pleased to announce the availability of master’s program under AeU-ACD Scholarship for Non-Civil Service Sector as detailed below:

  • 1 Slot for Full time In-person Learning (Only one candidate will be selected from the two courses identified below)
  1. Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  2. Master in Management (MIM)

The Scholarship Covers ONLY the full tuition fees. Successful candidate will have to bear the transportation and living expenses during the study period.

  • 5 Slots for Online Distance Learning (ODL) (One slot for each program)
  1. Master of Science (Management) (MSc)
  2. Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)
  3. Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  4. Master in Information & Communication Technology Management (MICTM)
  5. Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)

The Scholarship covers ONLY the full Online tuition fees. Successful candidates will have to bear the Examination fees. The successful candidates may opt to study in-person at AeU campus in the final year during which they have to bear the transportation and living expenses.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Should have a bachelor’s degree with minimum of CGPA 3.50 or equivalent
  • Should have minimum of 3 years relevant work experience with the nominating agency.

Required Documents:

  • Duly Filled In-service HRD form along with the documents mentioned in the form (Download)
  • AeU-ACD Scholar Awards Application Form (Full Time Mode, Online Distance Learning Mode)
  • Copy of Notarized Mark sheet and certificates (Class XII and Bachelor degree for Masters programs/ Class XII, Bachelor Degree and Master’s Degree for the PhD program)
  • Copy of passport
  • 2 passport size photos
