This is to notify and inform the general public that the SHORT-TERM WORK PERMIT (E-Work Permit) is now being initiated by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment. The employers wishing to import foreign workers even for the duration less than 30 days should now compulsorily apply online through BLMIS with immediate effect. Besides the normal required documents, the individual/FWRA/employers should submit the medical clearance certificate of the foreigners obtained from the country of origin.This notification is referred to the approval of the night halt work permits only and for other categories and updates, MoICE will keep notifying in future.

The Training and Development Division (TDD), Department of National Hunam Resource Development (DNHRD) is pleased to announce the candidates short-listed for the Seoul City Scholarship for the year 2022 intake.

The shortlisting was carried out in accordance to HRD Rules and Regulation and the Seoul City scholarship requirements as specified in the announcement.

  1. Educational background: High school graduate (Class X: English + best 4 subjects)
  2. Pre-service candidates registered as job seekers with MoLHR;
  3. Age: 18 years to 25 years

The selection interview for shortlisted candidates will be held on 15th March 2022 (Tuesday) in the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources Conference Hall from 2:00 PM onwards.

Shortlisted candidates are requested to produce the following original documents during the selection interview:

  1. Citizenship Identity Card
  2. Class X certificate and Marksheet
  3. Extra-curricular or other individual achievement proof/certificate
