The Food & Beverage Service training is an introductory course to food and beverage service with the following objectives:
- To equip trainees with food and beverage knowledge
- To provide skills on handling plates, tableware, glassware and tray
- To provide skills to set the table and serve guests with professional etiquettes
- To provide skills to manage and handle the guests professionally
