Apply Foreign Worker

This is to notify and inform the general public that the SHORT-TERM WORK PERMIT (E-Work Permit) is now being initiated by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment. The employers wishing to import foreign workers even for the duration less than 30 days should now compulsorily apply online through BLMIS with immediate effect. Besides the normal required documents, the individual/FWRA/employers should submit the medical clearance certificate of the foreigners obtained from the country of origin.This notification is referred to the approval of the night halt work permits only and for other categories and updates, MoICE will keep notifying in future.

National Assessment Results for NC-3 Industry Electrical Technician and NC-2 Domestic Wiring Electrician

The Department of Occupational Standards is pleased to announce the results for NC-3 Industry Electrical Technician and NC-2 Domestic Wiring Electrician conducted through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) System at TTI Rangjung from 10 to 13 December and 14 to 18 December 2021, respectively.

All trainees are notified that any appeal on assessment results and correction of biodata (including spelling of names and CID number) must be forwarded to the department. For correction of the spelling of names and CID numbers, send a scanned copy of the ID card to the department. All appeals and corrections must be sent through email at acd@molhr.gov.bt within or before 25 December 2021 before 5 PM. Any appeals made after the above date shall not be accepted.
